2016/2017 SEASON

2016/2017: Jaguar's inaugral season of Formula E racing featured unforgettable moments from around the world. From hard fought qualifyings, to stunning finishes, to blistering speeds and record lap times, the team gave it everything they had and didn't disappoint.



    A positive start to the Panasonic Jaguar Racing Formula E Championship saw Adam Carroll climb five places to finish 12th. The team gained valuable race day experience and will look to build on its debut performance in Marrakesh.


    Panasonic Jaguar Racing finished the second race of the Championship by seeing both drivers successfully complete the longest race distance in the history of the series. Adam Carroll climbed six places to finish in P14 while Mitch Evans recovered after a lock-up took him off track to finish in P17.


    The team saw more positive results in Argentina with Mitch Evans turning in his best performance to date, qualifying P7 and finishing just shy of the team’s debut points in P13. Adam Carroll battled hard after a difficult start to finish the race in P17.


    Panasonic Jaguar Racing earned its first Championship points in style, with Mitch Evans and Adam Carroll staying cool amidst the chaos to finish P4 and P8 respectively after a thrilling race.

    After a lightning-quick start, Adam Carroll climbed three places to finish in P15, while Mitch Evans recorded the fastest lap of the Berlin ePrix, earning Panasonic Jaguar Racing its first silverware.

    After a mixed second day on the historic former Tempelhof Airport, Adam Carroll and Mitch Evans concluded their first double-header weekend by finishing in P16 and P17 respectively.

    Panasonic Jaguar Racing helped make history by competing in the first electric street race to take place within the five boroughs of New York City. To top it off, Adam Carroll picked up 1 point after finishing the frantic race in P10.

    Brooklyn’s Red Hook district will play host to no less than two Formula E Season 3 races. The harbour circuit, overlooked by the Statue of Liberty and the skyscrapers of Lower Manhattan, is definitely one of the most stunning of the series.
