MAP UPDATES
To update the maps on your Pivi Pro Infotainment system, simply follow the instructions below.

- COPY TO USB
UPDATE YOUR MAPS
BEFORE YOU START
FIND YOUR VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) can be found in the lower left hand corner of your vehicle’s windshield.
HAVE A USB STICK READY
Dependent on region, map downloads can require as much as 20-30 GB. USB 3.0 flash drives are recommended. Note: FAT32 or NTFS formats are supported, not exFAT.
INSTALL THE MAP DOWNLOADER APP
To complete map updates, you will need to ensure the latest Map Downloader App is installed onto your desktop or laptop. Versions for both Mac and PC are available. Maps cannot be updated using a tablet or smartphone.

DOWNLOAD SUCCESSFUL?
Please connect the USB stick to your vehicle’s user interface panel. Once connected, follow the onscreen prompts to transfer the updated maps to the vehicle.

Please check you have downloaded the latest version of the Map Downloader app.
